Booking your child’s party at Easely Created is easy and the best part…we clean the mess! Parties can be booked on Saturdays between 11-1pm or 2-4pm(Occasionally on Sundays)
We offer two party options:
Picasso Paint Party: Each child paints a 16×20 canvas ($200 for up to 8 kids) each additional painter is $25( you can invite as many painters as you would like, but for children’s parties we recommend no more than 20 painter, the studio can hold up to 40 painters)
Picasso DIY Party: Each child creates a wooden DIY project ($230 for up to 8 kids) each additional maker is $25( you can invite as many painters as you would like, but for children’s parties we recommend no more than 20 painters, the studio can hold up to 40 painters)
Booking a Party
The birthday child picks the design that will be painted for their party. Paint and DIY examples can be found by going to our EC Gallery tab at the top of our page.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking. A party is not officially booked until the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due 1 or 3 days before your party, depending on the party option you select.
Picasso Paint Party option, balance and final headcount is due the day before your party
Picasso DIY option, balance and final headcount is due 3 days before your party (This is to allow us enough time to get all your projects cut and ready for your Party)
Other Important Details
Once we are done painting the remaining time can be spent on cake and gifts. You may bring balloons/decorations, food and nonalcoholic beverages. Easely Created only provides supplies for the painting portion of your party, we do no supply party invites, utensils, plates. table clothes, etc., those should be brought by you. There are tables that can be used for food.
You many arrive up to 30 minutes before your party time for setup. If your party starts at 11am, you may arrive any time after 10:30 for setup. If your party starts at 2:00, you may arrive any time after 1:30 for setup. Parties are booked in 2 hour slots: 11-1:00 and 2-4:00, if a party goes over the end time by more than 10 minutes (due to food and gifts), a $25 fee will be applied.

If the date and time is available, we will send you a link for the deposit.
Once the link is sent, you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit (we do not hold dates longer than 24 hours without a deposit).
