Q: Do you offer refunds or Ticket Credits?
A: Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can sell your event ticket to someone else if you are no longer able to attend (for that event only) Tickets are non transferable to another event, credits are not given if you are not able to attend your event. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED in advance, no tickets are sold at the door.
Q: Arriving and Checkin to events
A: LARRIVING & CHECKIN: Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and grab an apron. Painting classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you are going to miss some of the instructions, and you’ll end up playing catch-up all night. Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Purchase tickets early, class size is limited. Please either print or have your ticket available to show on your phone
Q: Do you offer reserved Seating?
A: RESERVED SEATING: WE DO NOT have reserved seating (unless 4 or more tickets are purchased in ONE single transaction, then your seats will be reserved for you), if you are attending with a group or with friends and did not purchase 4 or more tickets in a single transaction, one of your group member should be there early enough to save seats for everyone in your party. PLEASE NOTE THAT, I do not ask guest who have already picked their seats to move so that people/friends can sit together.
Q: Can I bring food and drinks?
A: FOOD & DRINKS: Easely Created is a DIY workshop/paint venue. We do not sell food but you are more than welcome to bring food with you and NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages. My "Art Studio Alcohol License" allows me to offer 2 glasses of complimentary wine per person at Sip & paint events (Not all events will offer wine), If Sip & Paint is stated in event title, Wine will be offered. If you plan to enjoy an adult beverage, you will be required to show a valid ID. VA STATE LAW does NOT ALLOW BYOB.
Q: Event Cancelation
A: If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given a full refund.
OTHER CANCELLATIONS: Easely Created reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. There needs to be a minimum of 6 painters signed up for a class for us to have the class. If that minimum is not met, registrants will be notified prior to class time and refunded. (Private parties require a minimum of 8 painters)
Q: Other Details….
A: IY WOOD WORKSHOPS: If you are attending a DIY WOOD workshops, your wood project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other natural blemishes that give it it's characteristics. Some peeling may occur. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect.
FUNDRAISERS: Each painter must purchase a ticket. If you are painting, you must purchase a ticket as studio seating is only available to those who have purchased a ticket for the paint event/class. No Certificates can be redeemed for a fundraiser event. Wine is not served at fundraisers.
For MOM & ME Paint Class and COUPLES Sip & Paint Night events: Ticket cost is for TWO painters (includes all the supplies for two to paint their own canvas). You only need to purchase 1 ticket for the pair. EVENT TITLE will state either Mom & Me or Couples Paint.
SICK POLICY for KIDS PAINT Easely Created reserves the right to ask a parent to pick up a child from a class if they are sick. Please do not send a child to art camp or to a creative kids paint class with a suspected illness as this puts other kids and artist at risk.
LOCATION: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times. Parking meters do not need to be paid M-F after 6pm and weekends are free as well.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Easley created offers gift certificates and they can be purchased online, but MUST BE picked up at studio (your online receipt is not your gift certificate. I offer a few different gift certificates. Certificates are a ONE TIME PASS... One for a standard paint night, kids paint class and one for a DIY workshop. If redeeming a gift certificate, please message me so that I can add you to the guest list. CERTIFICATES MUST BE turned in upon check in at the event you selected to attend, if not, you will be required to pay for your event. CG have a FIRM EXPIRATION date.
CONTACT My studio does not have a phone setup there and this is due to the fact that i am ONLY at the studio during events (and would not answer the phone during an event) - this is why I do not have a business phone listed. The fastest way to reach me is a message through my Facebook Easely Created page (answer within the hour) or do a form submission through my website (which can take a few hours for me to answer).
