Picasso Paint Parties are for kids ages 6-14. When you book your childs party at Easely Created, the studio is reserved for just your party in either the main studio or the party room , depending on studio location you are attending. Parties are booked on Saturdays from 11-1 or 2-4pm
Paint parties are a total of 2 hours long and we offer 2 types of parties:
Picasso Paint Party: Each child paints a 16x20 canvas ($200 for up to 8 kids) each additional painter is $25
Creative Kids DIY Party: Each child creates a Wooden DIY Project ($230 for up to 8 kids) each additional maker is $25
The birthday child picks what will be painted for his/her party and examples can be found under our Paint Night Designs tab at the top of our page. Once we are done painting, the remaining time can be spent on cake and gifts. You may bring, decorations, food and non alcoholic beverages.
A non refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of booking with the remaining balance due the day before the birthday party (along with the final headcount). A party is not officially booked until the deposit has been made.
If your party starts at 11am, you may arrive anytime after 10:30 for setup. If you party starts at 2:00, you may arrive anytime after 1:30 for setup. *****PLEASE NOTE: if you go past your parties scheduled end time, you will be charged an extra $15 for every 10 minutes you go over as this can cause issues for the party scheduled after yours.
The important stuff:
Parties are for ages 6-14
2 Hour Studio Party Time (painting first, then cake, food & gift time). Additional 30 minute set-up time before guests arrive (you can bring in decorations, food and cake)
$200 for Picasso Paint Parties or $230 for DIY Parties (up to 8 painters, each additional Painter is $25)
Time slots can be booked on Saturdays from 11am-1pm or 2-4pm (We also offer some Sunday dates occasionally)
Birthday Child picks their design of choice! Design examples can be found on our page under Paint Night Designs, we have a kid section!
